The final output
After the Create HTML file dialog
you will be prompted with a Save As dialog.
Enter the name for your SWF file. By
default it will be your presentation name.
If you had chosen Save as SWF PowerFlashPoint
will create an additional folder with the name you
provided and place the SWF files in it.
If you had chosen Save as EXE, it will
not create any folder. It will store the EXE directly
in the folder you selected.
After saving, PowerFlashPoint will automatically
open the folder where the Flash files are created.
Also after saving the SWF files, the main
interface dialog will say Conversion process is
completed.
Hit Cancel button if you do not want
to continue with the conversion. Or you can make some
modifications through the Settings dialog like changing
background color, Jpeg quality etc. and generate the
new Flash output of the same presentation saving the
initial conversion processing time.
That's all about how to convert a PowerPoint
presentation to SWF using PowerFlashPoint.
